SHIPMENTS, CHANGES, AND RETURNS
Your Order shipment
Order processing and customization will begin once an order is placed through our site. Standard items posted for sale on shopcusommerch.com will typically ship within 3-5 business days, whereas any custom products designed by the purchaser will typically ship within 5-7 business days.Orders of 20 pieces or more may take (2) weeks or more to ship after the order has been placed. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are typically sent via email to the customers email on file at time of purchase. We try our best to deliver high quality products as fast as we can.
Order cancellation, refund, and/or exchanges
Seeing as how our products are purchaser customized, on-demand products, created specifically for our individual customers we do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed. We strongly encourage that you ensure your product is exactly to your liking before completing the purchasing process. If you have any issues or questions about the merch customizing process please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
With that being said if the item(s) arrived damaged or you feel there was an error made on our part submit a claim at email@example.com with the subject titled "Item Claim" for further review. Attach all necessary documentation of the issue at hand (pictures). Each claim will be handled independently from all other claims. Claim outcomes may vary. We strongly believe in producing High Quality products, so we will do our best to make it right and ensure you have a great experience.
Changing an Order
Under normal circumstances as soon as you place an order with us production of your custom product begins. In some instances we may be able to make a change to your order assuming we have not started production. Each request for an order change or "edit" is handled independently of all other requests. Timing is the most important factor in us being able to approve your change request. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require any assistance with changing an already placed order.
Risk of product loss for all orders will be passed to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. If you do have an order that is labeled lost or another delivery error is made, please contact us at email@example.com within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. All claims are handled independently of all other claims.
We accept orders placed from all over the world. Shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Customs policies vary depending on which country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Delays resulting from customs clearance procedures are possible in which case your order may be delivered after the original estimated delivery date.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied one a shipment reaches the recipient's country. As the order recipient, you must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country and local governing bodies.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Real Built Designs LLC and shopcustommerch.com has no control over these charges, nor can Real Built Designs LLC predict their amount. You, as the purchaser are solely responsible for these charges if applicable.
